Mand Made the business
My name is Mandy Reynolds, proud owner of the unique Sheffield based electrical contractor, Mand Made. I established the business in 2006.
Though owned and run by a fully qualified and experienced female electrician, Mand Made is not staffed exclusively by women, nor do we work exclusively for female customers. We simply put ourselves in our customer’s shoes in everything we do; you don’t have to be a female to do that (but it helps!)
Our skilled and knowledgeable electricians turn up as promised, pay attention to detail and will not leave a mess behind. In addition, we are polite, respectful, listen to you, our customer – and we don’t start shouting if something goes wrong! Wherever possible, we give a fixed price quotation, rather than an estimate, so that there are no surprises when we present the bill.
We guarantee all our work and because we’re an NICEIC registered Domestic Installer, you benefit from a 6 year insured warranty scheme on all Buildings Regulations notifiable work.
We’re is also proud to be an endorsed Which? Trusted trader – you can view more about this accreditation and its benefit to you as a customer on this page.
Women in Construction, Arts & Technology Ltd
I’m the proud chair of Women in Construction, Arts & Technology Ltd (WICAT). Run by women, WICAT promotes and supports women working in non-traditional female trades. For more information about the organisation and how you can get involved, please visit the WICAT website.
We’ve also recently collaborated with Women in Engineering, Science and Technology (WEST), contributing to their fun activity book for young children, with the aim of raising awareness of jobs in engineering, science, technology and construction that everyone can do.
